This Membership Is For Homes
The membership is designed for residential properties — homeowners who want their trees watched and kept healthy. Commercial properties aren't served by the membership. For HOAs, property managers, schools, churches and businesses we set up year-round property contracts instead — built around your sites, your schedule and your board's paperwork.
Your Membership Builds Credit
The money you pay each month doesn't just buy an inspection. It accrues as credit toward tree service on your property — so when work is needed, that balance comes off the price of the job.
You're not paying for a service you might never use. You're setting aside a little each month against the work your trees will eventually need — and getting them watched by an ISA Certified Arborist in the meantime.
It lasts five years. Credit expires five years after it accrues, so there is plenty of time to use it.
It applies to tree services from Stumps By Dan. Removal, trimming, grinding, fertilization and the rest of our work — not to third parties or non-tree services.
If you cancel, accrued credit is forfeited. Cancelling your membership ends the credit balance along with it. Worth knowing before you sign up, and worth remembering before you cancel.

More Than 100 Trees Or More Than 10 Acres?
Those properties don't fit a grid, and we won't pretend they do. We'll come out, walk it properly, and price it for what it actually is.
Fair Questions About It
What counts as a significant tree?
A mature tree large enough that its failure could damage something — a structure, a vehicle, a line, or a person. Saplings and ornamental shrubs don't count.
Do I have to be home for inspections?
No. We walk the property and send you the findings. If we need access to a locked area we'll arrange it with you first.
Is tree work included in the membership?
No — the membership covers monthly inspection and documentation. Actual tree work is quoted separately, with your accrued credit applied against it.
What if you find something urgent?
We tell you immediately rather than waiting for a report. If it's a hazard, that's a phone call the same day.
Can I cancel?
Yes — monthly, cancel any time. No minimum term and no cancellation fee. Note that any credit you have accrued is forfeited when you cancel, so it is worth using it first.
What if my tree count changes?
Tell us and we'll re-tier you. Removing trees can move you down a bracket as well as up.
Is this available for commercial property?
No — the membership is for homes. Commercial sites, HOAs and multi-property portfolios are handled through year-round contracts, which are priced and scheduled differently.
